1 Cor 13:9,12 tells us that we see in part and we know in part. My intention with this blog is to share my portion: what I KNOW and what I SEE and to invite you to do the same. I hope together we might see Jesus more clearly and love Him more until we meet Him face to face.

Suffering
He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.
Awesome, Courtney. Thanks for sharing. The most amazing thing I've found about how God heals our broken hearts is the way He uses the pain to make us stronger and bring us closer to Him. Blessings!
Courtney, I was reminded of a Scripture in Is. 61 "The Spirit of the Sovereign LORD is on me, because the LORD has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim freedom for the captives and release from darkness for the prisoners."
He lets us co-labor with him and sends US to bind up the broken hearted through the love, compassion, and power of Jesus. I can just see a picture of the Lord guiding our hand over the hearts of people. He knows the exact spot that needs binding and he sends us to touch that very spot! This is one of my favorite paintings that you have done :)
This is great. You have such a gift.
